Stunning a Cougar

This is a crazy video.

Heidi Gill, a single mother of two, was out with friends at Up a Creek Tavern in Warren, OH on September 2, 2007 after attending a wedding.

Gill, 38-years old, was asked to leave the bar by bouncers. Apparently unable to tame the wild cougar, the bouncers asked police to help. Officer Richard Kovatch (sp?) responded and after finding the wild cougar uncooperative, decided that force was necessary to subdue the wild animal.

The officer tasered the poor woman seven times, including while she was handcuffed and WHILE SHE WAS IN THE BACK OF HIS CRUISER. That is nuts.

In the video, check out the part where she walks towards the back of the car. She takes a brutal shot off the rear fender.

Also, after the cop tells her to get out of the car and walk to the cruiser behind his, HE TASERS HER AGAIN! This time she falls to the ground and is knocked unconscious.

I saw this woman on CNN the other day and found her story to be very unbelievable. While Tasering looks bad and it is painful, there are no proven long term effects.
I agree the Tasering here was excessive but why was she kicking the windows? The cop warned her to stop or she'd be tasered again and she did it anyway. So who's to blame for that? It's like when Bill called Smist a "fat virgin nothing." Smist warned him that if he said it again he'd punch him. Bill said it three more times and then was shocked and angry when Smist made good on his threat. People have to understand that tasering is better for everyone. If they hadn't tasered her they would have to beat the shit out of this woman because she was so drunk and out of control. And now she's lying about the incident because she smells a big payday. Plus she's not a cougar, she's quite unattractive.
